What is a growth and transformation advisory firm?+
It helps a company increase revenue and enterprise value by combining strategy with hands-on execution across marketing, operations, systems and leadership. Unlike a marketing agency or a traditional consultancy, Ascend embeds with the leadership team and stays accountable for results.
Is Ascend a marketing agency?+
No. Ascend sits on the client’s side of the table. We build the growth plan, select and manage agencies and vendors, and own the outcome. We do not sell media, creative production or deliverable-based retainers.
How much does it cost?+
The Growth Diagnostic starts at $7,500 as a fixed fee. Fractional growth leadership is priced monthly on a six-month minimum, and transformation projects are scoped and milestone-billed. Fifty percent of the diagnostic fee is credited toward a follow-on engagement.
Do you only work in Dallas?+
Ascend Advisers is based in Dallas, Texas, and works with clients across Texas and nationwide. Most engagements combine on-site working sessions with embedded remote execution.
